I feel totally ******.
Due to unforeseen circumstances I have to change my flights. If I was aware that booking straight from the airline it would have been MUCH cheaper to change my flights. Travelstart has NO mercy when it comes to charging you penalty fees. I am going to take this and make this complaint go viral. I am so upset with the service that they have made an unfortunate situation even WORSE!!!

I sincerely apologise you feel we have not offered you the best service.
Kindly note we have no control when it comes to the airline fees such as difference in fare, difference taxes and airline penalty fees, as we are bound to their rules of the ticket. We do however offer a product "flexi ticket" which allows you to make 1 free date change, subject to the same fare and taxes. The Flexi ticket will cover the airline penalty fee and Travelstart service fee.
I have noted that you have opted for the cancellation and refund non the ticket.
