I feel ******

<p>I booked a ticket with travelstart and made a mistake with the date. Within minutes I phoned Travelstart to assist me with the matter. I was told there is nothing they can do as I booked a refundable ticket. </p> <p>I never took that flight which was a return flight and lost all that money. Devastated!!!! </p> <p>I feel ****** and discussed by this company and their service. We work so hard for our money just for them to be so cruel and rude!!!! *****ing someone's money is wrong. I payed for something I bever used. </p> <p>Very disappointed and will definitely not recommend them to anyone! </p> <p> </p>
