I've booked a flight ATH-TLV, 16.09. It has been canceled due to COVID-19. I called there to book another flight and they did not even know with which company I was flying and ping-ponged me to call Skyscanner, said that they cannot help me. I will not use this service again nor recommend using it to anyone else.
