I booked on travel start to fly to Durban

I booked on travel start to fly to Durban. I did not require luggage. I see return flight luggage included. I emailled Travelstart sameday to do correction. No reply. I call Travelstart. They refer me to Safair. I asked saf air if they can help rectify the problem and was told no refund or voucher allowed. I am very disappointed in both companies service they are quick to take my money but couldn't care less about their customers
