I booked a ticket with Travelstart two weeks ago

I booked a ticket with Travelstart two weeks ago. During that time there was a lot going on in the Middle East and therefore a lot of uncer*****y about my travel plans. I have contacted Travelstart twice for further enquiries and cancellations and the were absolutely AMAZING! Both times the line disconnected and they immediately called me back. They remembered my name and sorted out all my issues surprisingly well and so swiftly! Big thanks to everyone working with Travelstart. As a nomad and a frequent flyer I 100% recommend them. Special thanks to Eugene for being so attentive, calling me back and being so polite and patient with me.
