I am absolutely appalled

<p>I booked a flight for my boss earlier this week and then had to reschedule his booking as he could only fly next week. i called travelstart and was referred to a lady she then looked for flights and found a return flight and told me i would have to pay a excess fee of R109.00 which i then did. my boss contacted one of the Safair consultants to verify that the initial booking was in fact cancelled and it was not. he then had to pay R1200.00 cancellation fee. dont you think thats rediculous??? if travelstart books tickets on your behalf and you call to reschrdule it shouldnt they then make sure that the first booking was cancelled??? </p>
