Horrific, useless travel agency

Useless travel agency, I would not recommend that anyone uses this agency to book travel. I paid for flexible flights and I have been unable to reach them on any of their platforms since the 22nd December. I regret using their service I should have booked directly with the airline They have ruined my entire travel experience
