Horrible Travelstart, zero service, stay away from this travel agency

Our flight was booked through a travel agency named Travelstart. Travelstart has also been a mammoth disappointment. They are not reachable at all, they do not have a contact number, only way to contact them is through whatsapp and their app to which they don't respond. At this point, we needed to contact them in order to reschedule the flights to see if we can get a later flight or a flight later the next day, however, they are just not reachable. Absolutely no response to our query nor acknowledgement of the query.

A lady by the name of Melissa said that she will handle our complaint and reach out to Qatar Airways. She responded to say that she had spoken to a representative at Qatar Airways and gave me an email address to contact Qatar Airways directly. This was extremely poor service once again from Travelstart in handling this incident. Melissa advised me that she has spoken to a rep at Qatar Airways and that they are taking this matter seriously, only for her to provide me with a "non-reply" email address for me to contact them directly (i.e., the email bounces and does no go through). This is extremely frustrating and indicates to me the opposite of what she had said and that this incident is not being taken seriously and probably isn't being looked into at all! I trusted travelstart to represent me with the case to Qatar Airways as they are my travel agent and should have my interests with the airline, however, it seems like Travelstart just could not care less.

Furthermore, my pains with Travelstart go back to over a week ago with just constant unavailability and an unwillingness to assist with any of my requests. I refer to case numbers #544356, #544366, #550557, and now #551347. All of which, there was massive delays and a lack of service. It does seem like Travelstart takes pleasure in closing / completing support tickets without actually resolving incidents.
