Horrible Travelstart
I took an international ticket through Travelstart in last year October to travel in December. Because of the covid issues flights were cancelled When I contact the airline they said the ticket is valid till this September and when I want to travel I can contact Travelstart and they will change the date free of any additional charge. But now when I contact them they are asking for a huge additional charge for changing the date while all other travel agents are doing it for free of charge. I dont know what is special about Travelstart? Their service is horrible. I will never recommend Travelstart.

Please note I have checked the booking and can see that we have assisted with the quote as per the airline directives. The airline has advised that the difference in fare and taxes has to be collected if any. I have done a search from the 11 July - 26 July and there is only full fare economy class flights available and business class. If you choose an alternative flight date and the same class is available then the cost could be as little as R299.00
Please advise as to how flexible you are and which dates we should look at.
