Horrible service with no human contact.

SHOCKING SERVICE THROUGH A PERIOD OF GRIEVING.

We booked a flight to attend my grandmothers funeral via travelstart on Sunday and received confirmation from our vendor that the payment had gone through. the flight is on Wednesday (tomorrow)and we still have not received an e ticket. I can not get through telephonically, the whatsapp and app does not have any actual human behind the desk to answer my question . I phoned the airline who advise that the flight is not reserved. There are currently no more flights available. Can someone URGENTLY contact me the reference is ZA***3.
