Horrible service from Travelstart

After receiving notification from UCT that the graduation ceremony had been postponed on sat 14/03 i tried calling travel start. What a waste of money holding with no response. Sent emails and called again this morning with no luck. This is bad behavior from any company. I need my refund back as t flight was scheduled for this Thursday. Im utterly disgusted and annoyed and will spread the word on people not to use your services as you dont value customers.
