Horrible service from travekstart

Pathetic service from travelstart. I can't even call it service, because there is no service. There is no phone line to contact to make a urgent change. The useless whatsapp chat line does not even work, as I'm still waiting for a response from an agent from last week Wednesday. 4 days now. How on earth must we get hold of you people. I will not recommend nor book with travelstart again. Rather book direct with the airline
