Horrible Service

I tried to book a flight ticket two weeks back for my sister and I got an error message on the travelstart website buy the money was deducted twice on my bank account. I've been trying to contact them via email and phone but they are unreachable and keep on redirecting you to the WhatsApp chat that is so useless for me. Please don't ever use this agency to book a flight ticket or refer to anyone as it is a complete nightmare, have a terrible customer service and unreachable.

You will only receive an auto email back when you try to contact them , this has been an big inconvenience for me and I regret using their website.
