Horrible customer experience

Bad customer service. I mistakenly made a booking on the wrong date, i have tried contacting them to try and assist me with making a change to the booking but wow, you cannot reach anyone to help you. The WhatsApp line is pretty much useless because even when i was directed to an agent on their WhatsApp line, when i typed out my query it was never responded to. Its the first time i encounter such a problem, i strongly recommend to just book directly from the airline company instead of Travelstart. NEVER AGAIN. TRAVELSTART DO BETTER!!
