Horrible and dishonest treatment from Travelstart agents.

We have been waiting for over 4 months for our refund of R 10 000 for change of dates on our trip to Russia, plus an additional R36 000 penalty which we had to pay at the airport due to the dates which was never updated by Travelstart. An absolute horrible experience and these people must not be trusted, we have been promised the refund for months now ... be careful when booking on Travelstart!
