********** service, scandalous

Absolutely ********** service.

They are very good at taking your money for their service, but when it's canceled they are not forthcoming with any communication. I have not got even one response to my numerous e mails, or on their whatsapp line for a week now, not one!

I looked at other reviews, and a number of people have the exact same issue, so clearly they know about the problem but couldn't be fussed to provide a better service because it seems that it suits them to ignore people in the hope they get over it and accept the money as lost
