Hidden costs when using TravelStart

Bitterley disappointed with the pricing. I booked a car with Hertz through TravelStart. When I got to the counter, the invoice was 30% higher than what I had booked it for, due to "counter fees". So my price comparison of rental options using TravelStart was completely pointless - it ended up being more expensive to book through TravelStart than if I'd gone with another rental company directly.
