Here we go again. Not poor, but no service from travel start

Please can someone contact me and assist. I'm waiting for my refund (more that 12 weeks have passed). I have tried to follow up on email. Send 2, but no response in the past 5 days. Call line deactivated. Whats app cannot assist. Very poor. I'm out of options and Travelstart has my money.
