Helpful cancellation

Needed to cancel a flight - fortunately had all the relevant medical docs. Staff courteous and helpful Tip : Don't overlook the little extras when booking through Travelstart - fortunately I had ticked the "Medical Cancellation" and so got most of my fare refunded
