Half a refund
I am very unhappy as I was denied access to my plane as the immigration cancelled my flight on OR Tambo and now i struggle to get my money back.

Thank you for taking my call earlier.
I can certainly understand your disappointment in not being allowed to travel due to the immigration official who interviewed you not accepting your documentation.
As explained, we have not submitted the refund request to the airline as you had not yet confirmed to the refund quotation. As your travel agent we can only provide a refund quote according to the fare restrictions of the ticket.
If you can forward me the details of everything that transpired at the airport, I will forward these to the airline for their input and consideration.
