Had to pay R250 extra for cancellation
I booked a ticket through Travelstart and cancelled my ticked. They said they will only refund me if I paid another R250. They do not disclose this on their website and that is *****.

I do regret that you were not aware that a refund admin fee is charged. We do stipulate this in our Terms and Conditions, which clients need to tick they have read before proceeding with the booking.
The refund admin fee is also mentioned in the refund quote before the client confirms the cancellation.
