Gwen comes to the rescue 😁

I would like to take a moment to thank Gwen from Travelstart, her assistance was awesome! Nothing short of amazing actually, she didn't have to help us with the difficulties we faced while in Thailand, regarding our tickets, but she did, and she made sure, so I would like to send my utmost gratitude to her.

I really do wish things like this wouldn't have to get to this point for businesses to take things like this on a more serious level, which is why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5, the one missing star is for the inconvenience in the first place.
