Guys please do not use agents for flights

The company is unprofessional and pathetic. They have no remorse whatsoever. I booked a flight with them from SA to Lagos all was good, when I booked a return flight from Lagos to Johannesburg with the same debit card they debited money from account, confirmed booking and sent flight details only to get to the airport and told the booking is canceled. When I called them they just didn't care and told me they suspect *****. Like really, whom did you call, whom did you tell. They have not refunded the money back to my account. It's now past the 5days and they still have my R7900 making profit with it and I am here stranded.
