What wonderful service I received from Nwabisa Mlungwana at Travelstart. My aunt is planning a trip to SA from Australia and mistakenly entered her email address in incorrectly. It was a simple typing mistake and Nwabisa was so understanding and helpful, she corrected the mistake whilst on the phone with me and within minutes of ending our phone call my aunt received her e-tickets.
