Great service when things went wrong.

What was supposed to be a rant this morning, changed into a huge complement by this afternoon. I would like to commend Travelstart and their team for handling a miscommunication efficiently and resolving which would have been chaos and going far beyond my expectations of what was possible. Their response was fast on all their communication channels despite connectivity issues in the beginning. Marcelle and Elmie (hope I spell it correctly) in particular. Thank you so much!
