So I’m planning a Zanzibar trip with my partner and I’ll be very honest I was very skeptical especially with the reviews on this platform. But understandablly so because of covid and the mass refund requests I don’t think there’s a travel company the sheer volume of enquirers on what subsequently was a very uncertain time for us all. But with that said I still booked on the platform first tried with the credit card system which also had me the process because the amount requested for payment was far lower then the amount quoted fearing that it was a glitch in the system I opted to do an eft rather. Due to me changing the method of payment subsequently two invoices were created under my profile so obviously only one was paid to which I got my tickets for so great! Then in the morning I wake up to your booking is cancelled so a slight panic set in but upon further review it’s was a cancellation to the previous credit card booking and not the paid EFT booking so great but for pieces of mind I made it my mission to call and double check. I was assist by the very lovely and knowledgeable Gwen who pulled up both bookings and was able to confirm the booking I did pay for and just for my own convenience she re sent me not only my travel start booking but both tickets from their respective airlines which for me the planner is fantastic. So thank you sooo much for your assistance!
