14 Nov 2025, 18:28I had to recontact Travel start for a second time this afternoon as my initial issue was not resolved.... The second agent I spoke to was not at all helpful. Being alone in a foreign country and needing some moral support I felt he was cold, uncaring and not particularly interested in resolving my problem. I needed to rebook and pay for a return flight and there were a few queries I wanted explained, it took a while and when I attempted to make payment the payment time frame expired! The agent then cut the call on me :-(
When I called a third time I got hold of MPHO and what a blessing he was!! Smart, efficient and sympathetic - he resolved my issue in no time, arranged for the payment link to be emailed to me again. I've since made payment and my return flight is sorted thanks to Mpho's efficiency. I am "one relieved Pensioner!"
