Great service from Refunds Team

I must compliment Bridgette from Travelstart's Refunds Team for her excellent work recently! My wife and I needed to cancel tickets and get the refund in a hurry - Bridgette was very efficient and courteous in facilitating this process, keeping me informed every step of the way, even over the weekend.
