Great service from Nonhle Thusi

I received very friendly service from Nonhle Thusi. With lots of patience (even though it was after 5pm), she assisted me in making changes to an international flight booking whilst I was communicating with the traveler overseas at the same time to ensure everything is in order. She was approachable, thorough and ensured that I had all the information I required to make the necessary changes. Plus, she was lovely to chat to whilst we were both working on the changes from both ends.
