Great service from Ayanda for sorting out my booking

I had absolutely unbelievably poor service from SAA related to the strikes and then confirming my booking despite the plane being cancelled. I used travelstart to find a new booking and this had a few hiccups. However, I wish to really appreciate the travelstart consultant who I phoned, Ayanda. She was friendly and extremely efficient, fully sorting out the rather complex issues. I would give her service a five star rating instantly. the fact that the web booking portal had made mistakes, hence me needing to phone her in the first place is the only reason I am not.
