Great service

Received excellent service from Gwen. I had experienced a technical glitch when trying to make a flight booking on Travelstart and the call centre agent could not assist in sorting out my query. I managed to receive a respose from Gwen at their customer services department and my technical issue was sorted out immediately after she had called me to apologize for the technical error. She proceeded in assisting me with the finalization of the reservation. Excellent service and a great price for the flights booked.
