Great email Service

<p>I would like to thank Zainab who attended to my email, i had made a flight booking from durban to johannesburg but only after confirming the booking did i realise i selected the wrong airport for arrival, i was stressing over this as this had happened before with a different agency but i recieved no help whatsoever and the payment went through and i did not get a refund despite numerous phone calls and emails.</p> <p>I did try contacting travelstart on their 086 number and i was put on hold for a long time which was annoying at first because all of my airtime had gone so i would recommend improvement on your call centre, but when i recieved an email from Zainab i was relieved .</p> <p>Thank you so much for your assistance i am really impressed.</p>
