Great customer service when rebooking flights

I had booked for travel to Egypt on the 7th of July but my visa has not come out yet so I put in a request on the 6th of July to move the flight. After a few hours, the consultant called me (all the way from South Africa - I am based in the UK) to process the change. It was smooth sailing and for my future flights, I will be booking with them. I trust if I have a problem, I will be able to talk to a human. Makes booking smoother and more trustworthy.
