Great Assistance from Travelstart

It was frustrating not being able to reach Travelstart by phone in an emergency as they have apparently gone online. And then took a while for the chat to be responded to. But I then had great assistance from Jeremy who quickly sorted out my issue and patiently responded to my many queries.
