Great agent solving a problem that the company caused in the first place

I want to compliment Khaya for smoothly solving my payment problem. Khaya gave me a call when the second payment was not processed due to the bank blocking it. A retry also did not work but Khaya called me until it was sorted. Thank you so much for the great service.

If it was Khaya alone, I would have given 5 stars. Unfortunately, the blocked payment is a problem that originates with Travelstart as Travelstart does two payments instead of one. So, the authorisation for the first payment does not count for the second. That is why banks often block it. Travelstart please only do one payment and this nightmare will never happen again. Thanks.
