Good service from Andrea de Villiers | Travelstart

I needed to book a flight from Vancouver, CAN to Johannesburg. I'm usually quite comfortable using Travelstart's easy to navigate website, but as this was going to be a particularly long flight, I wanted to ensure I had the best route possible, so I called the call centre, and by happy coincidence, I spoke with Andrea de Villiers, who is from Canada, and therefore personally fami**** with this route. She was helpful, efficient and accurate. Really gives a personal touch to have someone fami**** with that route, which was appreciated. Will certainly be using Travelstart again. Thank you, Andrea!
