Going an Extra Mile

Calling SA from UK after the President’s declaration of a CovD19 national crisis and sudden school closures; to change my sons flight was the most stressful moment of my Monday morning. Talking to Nonhle Thusi was the best therapy a stressed customer could ever ask for. Her professional etiquette exceeded all my expectations. The worse part of it, my bank declined the transaction as they needed confirmation that this was a legitimate transaction. Regardless of that she was patient enough to stay on line until I confirmed with the bank that the transaction was honest.

You don’t get such service often and when one does go that Extra Mile it need to be appreciated and shared.
