GET SOME HUMANS ON YOUR TELEPHONES!
Absolutely Shocking service!!! I booked a flight WITH a flight change and when i tried to change my flight there was NO WAY to speak to anyone!! You have to whatsapp or email. NO ONE responds at all. There is NO WAY to change my flight. Whats the point of having that option and you cant use it???????? This now incurs extra accommodation costs etc. PATHETIC! You need to have ACTUAL HUMANS to talk to man!!
