Get Ripped with Travel Start!!!! Horrible service
This company doesnt care about its clients. I booked a flexible travel date ticket R9500 and whenni asked them to change my ticket they asked me to pay additional R5200 for one way ticket. Because they booked me with low class ticket for Turkish airlines now the airline cant change my ticket either. I bought my wife's ticket at 7500 regular ticket from Turkish Airlines directly and that I managed to changed for her easily directly with the Airline. But my my ticket with Travel start cannot be changed and I got stuck in Turkey because of travel start demanding that I pay additional 5200 for one way ticket. The normal ticket cost to SA R7500 with Turkish airlines both ways. How come this possible that travel start *********** the consumer and getting away. I will report them as soon as I get back to SA. Unfortunately all their agents are useless after my over 30.emails and help request. This is unacceptable and disrespectful and unprofessional.
They can rename their company as Travel ******* not as start..definitely will report them and will give them bad reviews every platform...
Horrible disgusting service.. great service to rip the clients....
