From very sceptical to really impressed!
I've never bought airline tickets online and was really worried that I might loose the money! We are 10 people travelling from South Africa to Sofia in December for a ski-holiday and I thought I should get a better price as a group. (You can't book more than 9 people online) Shireen from Travelstart went through a lot of trouble to get a group quote directly from the airline - WOW! what a difference in price R13 280 p.p. vs R8 100 from Travelstart!! I decided to take the risk and split the group. I made the booking online...it went through without any problems, I was charged on my credit card the exact amount I was quoted. I phoned Turkish Airlines today to confirm the booking and all is perfect! I'm really relieved and very impressed with the service and how easy it was! I'll definitely recommend Travelstart!
