Friendly service, answered all questions, helped with bookings

Friendly service, if albeit a bit slow, they did manage to answer all my questions though and helped with my bookings where they could (had to rebook to next year because of COVID-19).

The one gripe I have is the very steep cancellation fee, but at least airlines have given the option to rebook the same flights to next year for free.
