**********: They sold a false non existant COVID Insurance that would pay if the flight was canceled. It became obvious over the correspondence that this insurance does not exist and that they pocketed the money for it. So from hundreds of costumers they took money betting on it, that the case would never happen that s.o. would claim money. This is pure *****. Never book with this agency!!!!!
