I booked a flight to Capetown on the 9th of January 2022.everything was done successfully and payment of R988 was done to their account two hours later they cancelled the flight and said the money was not deducted I sent them an email with the proof of payment and now they dodging me they have not refunded me or even try to contact me I keep sending them email and whatsapp bt nothing has been done they keepi saying they have a volume of refunds to process and these people you can't even phone them only whatsapp and emails.i feel they are a ****
