Flight Ticket mistake by Travelstart and Fly SAA

My Wife Thulisile Portia Mawela and her Cousin Thulisile Mainah Sindane booked a Fly SAA flight tickets from Joburg to Capetown through Travelstart. When Travelstart did the booking, they booked both tickets under Thulisile Mainah Sindane. When both her and my wife query that, SAA say they cant do anything because the ticket was purchased through the agency. And Travelstart says we must pay R1050 cancellation fee and book again. My Wife is not cancelling, all she is asking is for Fly SAA and Travelstart to fix their mistake on the ticket so she can fly to Cape Town aa planned. Can Fly SAA and Travelstart please not spoil my Wife's travelling and fix their mistake please.
