flight not cancelled and no refund..... Travelstart misleading, appalling service

Im really appalled by travelstart service. I booked a ticket with the wrong name i request you to change the names of the person who would be taking the flight but i was advised by consultant Sisanda you could not change the names. I was than advised that my booking would be cancelled and i will refunded my money as can be seen from the emails below from Sisanda. Since i booked the ticket on the 8th-02-2019 and the ticket was cancelled on the 8th-02-2019 but even today i have not gotten my refund yet. today 14-02-2019 i got an sms from kulula.com telling me i must come 90 minutes before my departure time as can be seen below yet travelstart said my flight was cancelled. why is Travelstart giving me misleading, false , information about cancelling my ticket and refunding me money because none of has happen. please can i have my money bac****!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
