Flight changes, and add on's

I dealt with both Una Jackson and Nonhle at Travelstart this morning. They were extremely patient, helpful and understanding. Especially being a little 'old school' with online matters. They guided me step by step until the job was done. We are not sure if load shedding was a problem but we lost each other a few times, had bad signal and at times could not even hear each other from both or either side. They never gave up and kept phoning me back! I can really say you have gone the extra mile and are worthy to do what you do. Both of you had a very kind way of dealing with me and the job at hand.
