Flight change

I am having absolutely no joy in trying to amend my flight dates.

This is the 4th day of back and forth emails, and yet my request remains unresolved, and the incorrect flight is being changed/quoted every time.

I have requested twice that someone telephonically contact me, as I have spent in excess of 30mins holding for someone to answer, unsuccessful; and yet no one has done so.

Please get someone to call me asap. I really need this matter resolved.
