Flight Cancelled, and then no response from Travelstart

Flight was cancelled last year December due to Covid.

I have followed the instructions given, and filled out their form on the contact us page multiple times.

I have yet to get a response.

3 months later, someone still has the money. The flight was cancelled, and no one bothers to respond
