FLIGHT CANCELLATION
I BOOKED A FLIGHT TICKET FOR THE 16TH JULY 2021. HAD NO CHOICE TO CANCEL THE FLIGHT DUE TO RE-ARRANGED FLIGHT BY AIRLINK FROM BLOEMFONTEIN TO JOHANNESBURG. I CANCELLED IMMEDIATELY AND ASKED FOR A VOUCHER ON THE WEBSITE. BEEN ON IT A FEW TIMES AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSES SINCE. SEEMS THEY ARE QUICK TO TAKE A BOOKING BUT IMPOSSIBLE TO GET HOLD OF WHEN THERE ARE ISSUES. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Thanks for reaching out and sharing your concerns.
I've called up your booking using the reference number you provided .
Looking at the booking, I see it was completed on the 5 July and travel was for (16 - 21 July) We received your online contact form only on the 28th July and responded the same day advising Mango and Fly Safair's tickets are non-refundable.
As the airline sits with all funds of the ticket we are governed by the airlines policy and not permitted to waiver them.
The following is also mentioned in the Booking Confirmation emailed to the customer once the booking has been completed:
Please take a minute to verify all your details, especially the passenger names and travel dates. Once your ticket has been issued airline penalties may apply to make any changes or process any cancellations. For certain Low Cost Carriers (LCCs), tickets are non-refundable in case of cancellation. If any of the information you have supp**** is incorrect please contact us immediately.
I will call you shortly to answer any other questions you might have.

23 Aug 2021, 16:55Had someone call me from TravelStart only to tell me that i have forfeited my cost due to the disclaimer. i would have settled for a voucher but no can do. So i will never book with you guys ever again. i will pay more if i have to with another site or directly with an airline. I have never had this with any other booking site.
