Flight booking

I made a flight booking for my friend Mrs E van Vuuren from Jhb to George Departing 22 December and returning 19 January 2024. The system automatically added certain extras which I did not require. I was not given the opportunity to review before payment went through - note without a OTP. I checked the website and it indicated that they were not open for contact over weekend. Contacted Monday - told too late to make any changes. Not good enough I will now reverse my payment Cell ***

I am impressed I have been contacted by Travelstart and they are going to address my concerns. I just new that matters could be resolved Cool heads were needed and that is what has occurred
